Shipping Italy
The products will be shipped via express courier with tracking number at a cost of €9.

Upon request, it is possible to collect from the warehouse BY APPOINTMENT. By using the collection at the warehouse you will not be subject to any shipping costs, therefore the payment will be made without shipping costs. Alternatively, it is possible to pay directly upon collection in cash or by credit or debit card. The installation service of the items is available on site

All items will be shipped and delivered within 24/48 working hours after successful payment, except for items out of stock. In case of unavailability of stock, waiting times generally vary from 7 to 10 working days depending on the item ordered. Advice Before contacting us to know the exact delivery time!


Shipment Tracking
It will be possible to monitor the status of the shipment (tracking) directly through the code that we will communicate to you after sending the order.

Right of return
In case of second thoughts, the Customer can exercise the right of withdrawal (in compliance with art. 64 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/2005) by returning the purchased product and requesting its replacement or refund. The right of withdrawal applies only to natural persons acting for purposes not related to their professional activity. Therefore, purchases made for purposes related to their work activity by retailers and companies are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal .
The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, within 14 days of receiving the goods. The communication can be sent, within the same period through our email service lambebbox@gmail.com .

This communication must contain the name of the products you intend to return.

The Customer is required to send the returned products, in their original packaging, to the address that will be communicated to you in the reply to your email.

The products to be returned must not have been used and must be in the same condition as when they were delivered. It is also specified that in no case will packages be collected against cash on delivery or with postage due. In the event of returning the goods , shipping is at the buyer's expense .
